ポルトガルの自然の恵みを最大限に活かすことにこだわり、手作りによる丁寧な醸造を行っているコベラワイナリー。アベッソ種は栽培が非常に難しい品種として有名ですが、コベラワイナリーはこの品種のポテンシャルを信じており、毎年優秀なワインを生産しています。柑橘類や洋梨の香りが味覚を刺激し、素晴らしい構造とミネラル感を備えた、新鮮で活気のあるワイン。旨味や塩味も感じられます。ドライな仕上がりで食材に寄り添う素晴らしい食中酒。単一品種のヴィーニョベルデです。
